The MTT is dedicated to bringing dramatic works to local stages that range from classic shows all the way to new works. Each of our productions showcase the skilled designs and fresh themes of our troupe members, a large number of which are emerging into the world of theatre!
Bringing Back the Classics
In a world that is shifting away from the traditional and towards the avant-garde, we value offering classics to the community... with a twist of our own, of course. From Shakespeare to Wilde, we are always pleased to bring familiar stories to the stage and innovating on them to create experiences you will never forget.
Fresh Perspectives
With our foundation of Bishop's students, alumni, and community members, we pioneer new ideas in our works. Whether that be shows brought forward by our emerging directors, dramaturgs, actors and team, or brand new works written by local playwrights, we revel in the creative process and always aim to deliver something imaginative, thought-provoking, and capable of connecting to everyone that sees it.
Expanding Our Repertoire
As we grow as a company, we intend to go beyond what we have already established. We are aiming to broaden our events to include the likes of musicals, community play readings, fringe festivals, and more!
